About Our CrossFit Kids Program

CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program designed specifically for children (ages 5 –12) that focuses on functional movements, fun, and safety rather than heavy weights. It promotes physical literacy, confidence, and healthy habits through varied exercises like running, jumping, and climbing tailored to different age groups.
